I think walking is probly the most underrated form of exercise there is. It's such an incredible way to get moving that isn't so hard on your body, right? And maybe you startad negative as te feeling good. Well, now the mind set, 20 minutes, the body's flowing, things start feeling good. Then youg ike, o damn. Maybe i can run this next mile. I give so much props to anybody, whether it's walking, running or hiking, anybody who's getting off that couch every day.
