How to Analyze Deals With Data

A lot of what we do is in the short-term rental space, and I've seen some folks get just absolutely hammered on deals because they invested in markets that they knew. You have to take a one step further and make sure that it actually makes sense to invest in that market. So when you're doing the actual deal analysis, you want to know what strategy you're going for. And again, obviously, the strategy that you use will dictate some of the data that you need to pull.
