The Construction Error - You Don't Get Independencemere From Dependency

Some physicists say that virtual particles come into being without a cause. And so maybe everything on the macerol level is dependent, but once we get down to the micro level stuff just sort of happens for no reason independently. So i proposed to him, instead of saying that the the foundation or the cause, determines the effect, what if we just say that the cause makes the fect probable, and it's a kind of indeterminastic causal connection? He wasn't so sure he wanted to use the word cause there, but that's ok. I mean, in the book, i'm just looking for a dependence relation between the effect and the foundation, or no, whatever it is
