Isn't It Neoliberalism?
I don't think they can completely be distinguished. Obviously the proximate cause of the turn to the right in places like Sweden is immigration of, you know, non-one people. But I think it's true that not every country has experienced the same level or the same intense embrace of neoliberalism. The leading powers, leading economic powers, Britain, the United States, Germany, France, even to some extent Japan, have sort of defined the character of growth since the 1980s and 90s.
