Drug Treatment Programmes - A New York City Drug Treatment Program
The city and state are providing millions of dollars to a drug programme that is essentially serving as a front for several radical groups, violent radical groups. They're using the programme to radicalize and recruit the drug atticsthey're supposed to be servng. Later, there would be allegations if they were using access to the methodone needed by the attics to blackmail them into performing services for the militant groups. The agencies that have oversight over this programme, find out that drugs and supplies and over one million dollars are going out the door to these organizations. But when they try to do something about it, the staff invades and trashes the agency offices and the agencie's back down
