The Age of the Spirit

The spirit did not become active for the first time at Pentecost as what we're saying. He was active in applying salvation to God's elect even before the incarnation of Christ. This is the age of the spirit, but we're not denying the spirit's activity in times past. So I'll be trying to tease all this out at a conference on Christ and the glory of Christ.
