I would say find yourself at a company it doesn't necessarily need to be beauty even if you want to get into beauty yep that gives you an opportunity to get your hands dirty and both paid earned and also owned media yeah. I think to have at least a year on your resume where you can work closely to a founder is my biggest piece of advice. If you aren't familiar with those three buckets I think it'll it'll be a hindrance and so I have some gaps and absolutely and just with where we're at today like you can't be disciplined in just one yeah.
