Agile - What's It All About?
The first decade of agile was really all about forming teams, the ability for us to work really incremetay. We then saw this next bottle neck emerge, which was, ok, we're much more agile as a team, but we can't get the software to production in a safe, secure, agile way,. And out of that yet, what may be 12 years ago or so, devo emerged as a disciplinary and then eventually as a tooling area. Now, to me, value stream management is the next turn of that, which is prerex being agile, and it frerax a rich debots pipe line.
