Breakfast in the Middle East
The Eastern Mediterranean is a region where many foreign occupations and empires have had their roots. The ottoman empire was such an influencing force on the cusine of gos so many european countries, asian countries and middle eastern countries. So i think that we might traditionally be used to eating eggs for breakfast, but things like men are men, which is a turkish egg scramble with fresh tomatoes. It's really common in turkey to have soup for breakfast.
