How Do You Create a System of Unique Identification?
In India, there are discussions about how identification is necessary to prove your citizenship and so on. High-income countries that have decades or centuries of very good births and death records can generally use this demographic information for uniqueness. More than half of the 850 billion people without an official ID actually haven't had their birth registered. And thus, how do you establish uniqueness today? The stock market could be a very good way to address what we call the issue of identity theft.
