Is Russia Invited to Join the CSTO?
The breakaway states above Khazia, South Ossetian, and Transnistria have not yet been recognized as an independent state by Russia. Only about four or five other countries agree with Russia that those are independent states. Most of the other members of the CSTO don't see this as a serious organization in the way that say Poland or Lithuania or Italy or Norway see NATO as aserious organization.
