How to Measure the Change You Want to See in Your Ministry

I think a lot of us can fall into the trap of just measuring what the common metrics are. And then you start measuring consistency and like, I think we have to be strategic in our measuring of our ministries. We shouldn't stop at measuring just those things. So my second one is measure the change you want to see. It's easy when you think about metrics. Copy cut. Or something like that. Be the change you Want To See.
