Women as it relates to walking into positions of leadership particularly under the title of pastore has been an ongoing conversation for a long time. It's come to the fore more recently as a result of of what happened at saddleback church um rick warren who was no longer the pastor of the church he had passed on the baton so to speak. Andy and stacey wood they now serve as co pastors husband and wife as co pastors at saddle Back Church in california.
