Self Discipline - Are You Obsessed?
Ike: How do we get to a place of more self discipline? Or is that not the right thing we should be thinking about? Ike: My favorite thing here is accountability. And i feel like it kind of goes in with self discipline a little bit as well. If you start meditating, you can maybe do three minutes to day, nex you can go for five minutes. That's an increase of self discipline and an increase in your ability to hold your focus on one object.
