How the Vishakha Judgment Shaped India's Financial Landscape
Vishakha judgment laid down norms and rules which sought to curb sexual harassment at the workplace. Before that, there was no law which stopped sexual harassment at work in India. Even today, we find that labor workforce participation in India is third lowest in the world. Women are not only vote banks, they are also in contribute to the workforce of our country. We live in a country where all female listeners will agree with me that an Indian woman is to face harassment at multiple points in her life.
