The Downside to Social Media

The social media, the downside to social media might be more than the downside to driving. 30 thousand people a year, i believe, as the number die in car accidents. And there is a minimum age for driving. So if mosari is a fan of this, great, a great metaphor. How about kids have to take a course, pass a test, and they get a social media license if they want to use social media before the age of 18 or 17? That seems completely reasonable to me.
