Is There a Real Threat When You're on a Wall?
The moment you start to feel afraid, you start to reappraise. Is it that quick for you, or do you have to do this consciously? It's not always that quick. Sometimes I have to sort of look inward and be like, what is going on? Like take a deep breath, compose yourself, pull it together. This is totally irrational. You know, because I still experience irrational fear.
