Scott Hall: It's just very difficult for people to adopt new things. Sometimes it's infrastructure based like cell phones came around the 1980s, he says. But as far as technology services, that's what a 16 Z is trying to figure out who's got something that people are going to pick up quickly. Scott Hall: I remember reading Bessemer Ventures anti portfolio and how there was no way they could make taxes easy on their own. And you know of course, they laugh and say back looking back, but that's the kind of thing that technologists miss.
