Medick - Is Li Eels a Deficiency?

A 51 year old man was allegedly following a foke remedy ind which claims that gobbling li eels could help pass a solid waste. They found a two centimeter wide hole in the sigmoid colon. Medick said he was in a state of shock due to life threatening bacterial infection around the ruptured colon. The patient then had an emergency operation to have the eel removed from his gut, with doctors opening up his abdomen and discovering it fu of waste matter,. including excrement and puss from his severe infection.
