You cannot draw specific causal outcomes from corruption. Ukraine is an incredibly corrupt country, and it had been. It's less corrupt thin russia, but still is. And you cannot draw differentiate outcomes of war from the differences in corruption levels between russia and ukrane. readiness padding is not s a difference, though. I just push back between a corrupt, personalist autocracy and a corrupt democracy, isn't there? i don't know if that's meaningful for battlefield outcomes will be very honest.
