Making Tea the Right Way
In most Asian cultures, where I visit tea is a hugely important part of the day. And there's a reason for it because making tea correctly is really is an art that takes a lot of practice and concentration. It's like smoking your cigarette, it's like taking a smoke break, right? To just do this, this thing that requires your full concentration. And then at the end of it is, it's kind of a thing of beauty.
