The Importance of Alexander Technique Lessons

It's a very good idea to learn a little bit about the Alexander technique. And once a parent understands what the child what his child needs for life, he can go and look for it in other techniques. So as a general rule then, I mean it's I guess it sounds a little self-serving for us to say that every parent should have their kids take Alexander lessons.
