How David and I Met as a Conference
Blair: I've been making your stuff for a long time and invited you to come speak. We met in Cabo San Lucas or Cabo, close to Cabo San Jose. He says he had emailed him and introduced himself when he launched his business in April of 2002. Blair: Instead of going home, I went on a plane, went down and David would leave the hospital bed every once in a while to ship in and make sure I wasn't destroying his reputation with clients.
