How to Operationalize Zone Two Training
Let's say someone has an hour a day, they're willing to devote to training. Let's prioritize walking so that they're not as sedentary as they might be. And probably what I would do is have this person lifting weights three days a week at about an hour a pop. They're going to do a whole body workout each time upper body, lower body split. The other four days, they're going toDo cardio. One of those days will be slightly shorter with some intervals. We'll talk about what that is in a second.
