Goldman Sachs' sale of its AFS portfolio led to a run on Silicon Valley Bank. Michael Bociurkiw: The Fed's gone way too far in trying to control the yield curve. He says banks are tightening credit, they're not growing right now and most of them are shrinking their balance sheets. "This is going to take time to affect the economy, but it sure as hell is not going to be a positive," he said.
