Psychologists say that in addition to having smart goals, you should also have a stretch goal. This is the thing that is most important to you that maybe you don't have an immediate plan for. And so what they recommend is that at the top of your page, you write down your stretch goal. You put it across in big capital letters, across the top ofyour to-do list. Then under that, you go ahead and writing your smart Goals or Smart Plans.
