Matt Plott Lib - Pros and Cons

Matt Plott Lib has robust options that can do almost anything and lots of documentation examples. There is some degree of interactivity, but it's not at the high level that some of the other libraries have. So there's a lot to learn there, but I still think aA lot of people will be doing Matt Plott Lib, but also a lot of people be choosing the neurons.
