How to Monetize Social Networks
I find the protocol layer to be more tricky in terms of monetization than the interface layer. I actually think there's a much stronger mo and an opportunity to monetize at the consumer level. While ads don't make a lot of sense, I think things like fees in various forms do. And we'll see that happen at scale.
