Facebook's Policies on Hate Speech
Monica bickart is in charge of all face books rules, including their policies on hate speech. You can't attack a person or group of people based on a protective characteristic like race, religion or gender. These are the laws that make it so that you can't not hire someone, say, based on like their religion, their ethnicity, their a race and so on. On facebook, you can't attack someone based on one of these characteristics, meaning you can't say men are trash, nor could you say women are trash,. because essentially you're attacking all men for being men.
