Do You Think the DOD Should Get Out of the R&D Business?
I think there's a lot of opportunity for like defragging that, right? And actually being efficient and reducing the overhead. The way our system set up is we're going to put out a solicitation. And even though the company is not qualified at all to deliver that thing or say, you know, build that thing, they're going to putting in a proposal because it's just what they do. So I don't think overall transitioning technology isn't isn't that difficult, right? We make it a lot harder than what it is.
