How Much Are Financial Sanctions Affecting the Russian Economy?

There's been a lot of talk about these kind of unprecedented sanctions and I just wonder how much are sanctions affecting the Russian economy right now. Have we learned anything new also in general about boundaries of what sanctions can achieve? Yeah, I mean I think this is a good moment to do this question as a kind of roundup because we're about to enter a new phase in the ongoing campaign of sanctions against Russia right with caps on oil prices and efforts to prevent oil shipments in European tankers. So we're going to have to see how that's going to work out.
