The Duality of Structure and Fluidity

In the beginning, especialy when people are hurting, they're in physical pain. They're dealing with some sort of symptoms or may be even diagnosed with something. It usually needs to be a little structured because it's so hard to take any subject that either one of us is going to get into for the first time. The body is so intelligent and adaptable, we shift. We shift our base line, and we have to accommodate for that shift. And if you want to thrive, that variability is a huge part of it. You see that same person every day. You have to find your new base line that allows you to fall in love again.
