In around a third of patients, we're going to start to see an increase in the peak in pressures that are required to generate the tidal volumes on the ventilator. But many of the other classic signs such as hyperinflation of the chest, jugular vein distension, hand yes, tracheal deviation are not commonly seen. And so we should not use those signs to either confirm or refute our diagnosis. So it's probably worth having to think about some of the investigations that we might want to request if we've got them available.
