What Are Your Common Customer Service Complaints or Objections?

We try to get as much information possible to answer kind of like, what is the brand, why does it exist? How is it supposed to be able to help this person? What can they expect when they open their box? And, you know, basically get them on their way. Then anything we don't get answered in those two, first two, then we have our kick offs call and what they call it. But those questions usually are a wrap. I like discussing what angles we think are going to work. It's a fairly extensive research process.
