Is the Russian Solution to Their Losses?
The russians are trying to compensate for their forces right now and for their losses. They've dramatically expanded the ge of folks that they're willing to recruit, that is, the h bracket. The Russian solution has been very much a kind of peacemeal approach. But this is just expending the russian military's ability to fight this war. It doesn't solve the structural problem in the force which is trying to do it this way.
