Are We Going to Have Huge Productivity Gains in Education?

It seems like we should be able to have bigger gains in productivity in medical care because there's more opportunity for innovating on the actual technology. So I guess it makes sense to me why we wouldn't see large productivity gains in education. At least until we you know solve the societal problem of making online education work. And that's just kind of the hard limit we're bumping up against.
