i think i'm only saying this because this is something that really tripped me up, where i was very blinded by stock options. And for me, i was taking like a 35 thousand dollar pay cut, and i was like, bun, i have ike all this equity. It's so cool. But it's not life changing money. Don't think of it as you should take a huge trade off in what you think you deserve on salary, because you are getting stock.
