Are You a Good Monkey Giver?
I don't think i do a good monkey handover wath my reflections fory fon this. I'm just like, here's something that i i some help with, and i just sort of drop it hope some one will catch it. But because i don'tThink i'm a very good monkey giver, i'm trying to give my work away as either i don't want to do it, or can't do it better. There needs to be an emphasis in organizations if you want people to take initiative and ownership. Everybody describes that as 'monkey management' We're moving away from working in a way that feels tell and where it's all about kind of hierarch
