Is There a Risk That Shonda Can't Make as Many Shows?

All the people we've picked by the way are between like the age of 45 and 55, which means that they are at the peak of their powers right now. We're basically picking people that we think are going to be able to sustain that for the next 10 or 15 years. And I see no reason to believe in the cases really for anyone we've picked that they're going to like tail off unless they just get bored because they have so much money - it's a risk. Well, Shonda does have the infrastructure now set up at Netflix. So presumably the conveyor belt of shows will get more active than it has been,. But until it happens, we don't know.
