Coaches often feel like they're in the psychic business, but there's no self discovery. They think you're magical, right? But they haven't necessarily discovered anything for themselves. So part of it is being able to take all those observations and synthesize them into questions that help us understand our clients better. The way i do this is by coming up with some working assumptions based on your observations. It's something like a hypothesis. And one thing that's really valuable about a hypothesis is we can be proved or disproved ahead of time. We don't really know if any of those things are true. What might be true?
