The Contract Negotiation Process Has Been Really Bad

Nurses have been negotiating with the hospital for five months. They say they feel under-appreciated, especially after the pandemic. One of their proposals is to get a two week block vacation for every nurse in the hospital. "We can't ever get vacation that we're asking for," says Imenyo.
