I think the best thing that I've done is kind of take a chance on myself, kind of follow my gut because I think I can do it. Just having that constraint on time has helped with the perfectionism. And for me too, it also helps with the scope creep. What's our aim right now? And what's our target date? Because if we have all the time in the world, all those ideas seem like let's do it. Why not? But if we're like, here's what our objective is,. All those ideas then go into parking lot to revisit for next iteration.
