I'm in a group discussion, not even a group chat. These aren't necessarily friends, but it's a small private thing. And one of the topics was about is, you know, like a recurring thread is Twitter and Musk and what's going on. Someone posted last week that negotiating with landlords is just good business because real estate is a tough business. But when you negotiate with your landlord before you sign a lease, that's what the lease is. The lease is the agreement you come to.
