The Importance of Professional Judgment in Coaching
Coaching should involve theoretically as well as practically grounded expertise. Professional professions require a high degree of individual autonomy independence of judgment for effect effective practice and fully enough if you were to follow what's going on in teaching at the moment a lot of people are starting to talk about the deep professionalization of teaching because of the loss of autonomy.
