What Do You Do in a Discovery and Strategy Workshop?

The next phase is usually the stateholder interviews. These are a chance for us to drill deeper, on a slightly more personal level with them into some of the workshop themes. And i also a chance for them to say things maybe they didn't get a chance to say in the workshop. So these sessions are usually about an hour, sometimes forty five minutes.
