"This week, even especially was my best week yet. I've been doing these eights and I got to where, um, my, my sets of eights were 470," he said. "I just feel like it's ripping it off the ground, you know, almost like the stupid, uh, all the stupid things that people say." He says corrective exercises on their own over a long period of trial and error wasn't enough for him at this point in time.
