Is There a Habit in Your Life?
Habits are ones i don't have to remember to do every day. There's a cue that triggers the habit, there's the routine of doing the habit itself and then there's the reward of having done it. I use these for a very short amount of time for each habit, until it becomes hotill it becomes habi. Once one thing is part of my life, i get rid of it, eh.
