The study was looking at the impact of extended bersts, intermittent infusionis of satatime, on clinical outcome. They found no statitically significant differences in the inhospital mortality between the two groups - although there was a trend towards higher mortality in the intermitten inputient group. We have seen pretty robust data showing the benefit of other extended infusions,. so it would be reasonable to believe that other ratal acthims would exhibit the same effect. But i think we likely te indifferent here because the groups tat were limited by the sample size.
