How Spotify Works for Us, Just Consumers?
I've not seen anything really. I mean, I've only had a few thousand players on Spotify who know nothing to write home about,. But that's what Spotify claim. The whole premise of it is releasing the music for free and then people voluntarily choose to give something back. A lot of people do when they realize that if they don't, the artist that they like is going to not be able to produce content anymore. That content is going to be available in the future. So it's just a perception change that has to happen with people, of how they perceive value online.
