The Breaking Changes to Python 3.11
As of the 3.11 support, Home Assistant will no longer be supporting two versions of Python. Some integrations, which include IBM Watson TTS, have been removed because of upstream package conflicts. So until those packages get updated, Home Assistant can't carry those integrations moving forward.
